Tour de Columbia - Progressive Dinner

Sunday, June 21, 3:30 & 5:00 p.m. departures
Our progressive dinner features several stops around Columbia for the dinner’s seven courses. Stops include cocktails and appetizers, starters, salad, entrée, a cheese course, dessert, and after-dinner drinks. Transportation will be provided by Inside Columbia.

1st stop: Mackenzie’s Seafood & Steaks

Course 1:
Starter Trio: Seafood Stuffed Mushroom Cap
Capreese Salad on Croustads
Grilled Beef and Vegetable Skewer

2nd stop: Bleu Restaurant & Wine Bar

Course 2:
Roasted Beets & House made Boursin Cheese Salad with organic baby arugula candied spiced walnuts and a balsamic reduction

Course 3:
Shrimp & Saffron Mousseline with a grape tomato relish and zesty sprout mix

3rd stop: University Club

Course 4:
Seasonal Intermezzo

Course 5:
Black Angus Beef Tenderloin and Veal Agnolotti

Course 6:
Trio of Artisinal Cheeses with Fig Molasses

4th stop: Churchill’s

Course 7:
Bananas Foster & Crème Brulee
