with Guest Winemaker and Chef

This dinner will be an unforgettable celebration of wine and food featuring a seven-course dinner prepared by a highly acclaimed, award-winning chef. Working closely with our 2010 featured winemaker, our guest chef will pair each course with the hand-crafted wines of nationally recognized winemaker. Previous featured chefs have included Tim Graham, Executive Chef at Chicago’s TRU Restaurant and Chef Michael Dardenne of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Featured winemakers have included David Ready, Jr. of Murphy-Goode Winery, Van Williamson of Edmeades and Tom Meadowcroft of Magito Wines.
